As the name implies, green zebra tomatoes are characterized by a stripe pattern. This is made of a green and amber base with darker green stripes. The tomato is used usually as a salad tomato, with lighter and sweet-tasting fruit. All fruits are three to four ounces when fully mature, which takes about 75 days. These plants are indeterminate, which means they’ll need a trellis or stake for growing.
Some of our suggestions for growing this tomato include:
Harvest: 72 days. Exposure: Full sun. Plant after danger of frost. Water Needs: Keep plants evenly moist. Fertilizer: Fertilize at planting and again as flowers develop.
