Bouquet dill is most likely the herb used in pickling, be it with cucumbers or another vegetable. These plants usually grow to be 30 to 36 inches tall and should be added to your garden as soon as frosts cease. While an area with full sun is ideal, the soil in your garden should be fertile with compost and well-drained before any bouquet dill transplants are added.
