Cubanelle Pepper
Cubanelle peppers, visually, look like oversized habaneros, but, in flavor, they’re closer to the bell pepper varieties. As a result, cubanelle peppers are popular in a variety of cuisines for their mild flavor. This variety errs on the larger size for pepper varieties, with a fruit size five inches long. All cubanelle peppers will mature in 62 to 65 days in your garden and, as with all pepper varieties, needs to be grown in a warm, sunny location with plenty of water and a stake.

Harvest: 80 days.
Exposure: Full sun after all danger of frost has passed.

Fertilizer: Fertilize at planting and again as flowers develop.
